We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order. However, we do not offer cancellation or modification of orders once they have been placed and confirmed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before submitting it to us.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with proof of video recording while opening the parcel. We will review your request and may ask for further information, such as photos or videos, to verify the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Note: We highly recommend taking a video while opening the parcel.
